It is a planning estimate built from typical per-square-foot structure rates and per-item costs, not a quote. Real construction pricing depends on your lot, builder, finishes, and market. It is a starting point for a real conversation.
Can I use my design to actually build a home?
Your design is a concept plan, not a permit-ready drawing. It is a powerful way to work out what you want before engaging a builder or architect, and we can help you take it to the right builder from there.
